In order for my site to have a uniform style, when supplying assets please use the follow spec's. Cheers Hoops.

A small and large image is required for each project.

300px wide, RGB, 72dpi, 60% JPG's only.

1200px wide (recommended), RGB, 72dpi, 40% JPG's only.

The best method of creating JPG's is in Photoshop use the Save For Web option under the File menu.

XXmg max, MOV's only.

To get a nicely compressed yet high quality file, use Quicktime Pro on a Mac. Export a Quicktime File on the Streaming Media - Medium setting.

XXmg max, MP3's only.

itunes files are generically M4A. Select the track, go to Advanced, Convert Selection to MP3. Done!
